What do I get when I create a project?

Can customers submit without an account?

Yes. Enable guest submissions when you want low-friction feedback. New guest content stays under your moderation controls.

Can I brand my Feedboard?

Yes. Set your logo, accent, and light or dark theme. Pro projects can also connect a custom subdomain with managed HTTPS.

Does the roadmap stay connected to feedback?

Yes. Roadmap items are feedback requests in planned or active states, not copied cards. Votes, comments, and links remain attached.

Can I migrate existing feedback?

Yes. Import a CSV or connect a Canny export. Re-running an import skips records already brought across.
